How We Do Tryouts
Right now, other clubs are holding tryouts with months still left in their season — asking families to make decisions about next year while their kids are still playing this one. We think that's wrong, and we refuse to do it.
After the Season
Tryouts open only once the current season wraps up — never mid-season. Until then, our focus is 100% on the players on the field today.
Full-Year Evaluation
Players are evaluated on a full year of growth, not a snapshot taken mid-season.
No Pressure
We never ask families to make decisions out of fear of "missing out." Our process opens fairly, openly, and with kids' best interests at heart.
About the Rumors
No decisions have been made about next year — not about players, and not about coaches. Any rumor suggesting otherwise is just that: a rumor.
Our pledge: no mid-season tryouts, no pressure deadlines, no decisions before the season ends. Ever.
