The Narrows Baseball Club is a select travel program comprised of youths 13 -18 years old from the
peninsula areas of Gig Harbor, Port Orchard, Bremerton and Silverdale. Our teams play 50-70 games
each in a season from April to July including local tournaments and 3-4 travel tournaments and an
independent schedule of games.
Our teams have had a lot of success in the past few years posting winning seasons both on and off the
field. We have had 15 players from our 18u team go onto college both Division 1,2 and the Junior
College level. Our 18u team has won the USABF National tournament.
Our coaches have years of experience playing and teaching the game to develop players for potential
play at high school, college and/or professional levels of the game. We have a former professional
player, a former Major League Scouting Supervisor, a former Division 1 college player, a Certified
Teacher and high school Athletic Director, as well as coaches with experience at each age level on
staff. Our staff has direct connections with a multitude of college coaches and professional scouts and
Scouting Directors.
We select tournaments based upon quality of competition and the exposure of our players to college
and professional baseball scouts, especially for our 16U and 18U levels. We play either independent or
league game schedules as well.
The season workouts begin in November. The Club's younger teams will begin playing games in April
while the older teams will start as soon as the high school season concludes.
