Player Fee:

Roster Security Fee (RSF) of $100.00 is due and payable upon signing this Offer of Contract.

Your total player fee is $1,750.00 minus RSF, Payable in full prior to the first schedule game of the season. See Player fee Payment Options for payment details.

RSF fees are non-refundable.

I/We understand that by signing this offer of contract, I/We are committed and obligated to play for the Narrows Baseball Club for the 2007/2008 season, from October 1, 2007 to August 31, 2008. I/We will not contract with another baseball club/team during the above period of time (this does not include school sports) and will abide by all club/team rules and code of conduct for parents and players at/on and off baseball facilities, game sights and all club activities.

This signed offer of contract, along with the completed Liability and consent for treatment form, and the player fee payment options form, and the player/ parent contract-commitment/code of conduct, shall constitute the complete contract of player and parent to the Narrows Baseball club.
