assessed for late Payments. All fees are NON-REFUNDABLE without board approval.
If not paid in full buy March 15TH (April 15th U16-U18)
you will not be able to play. No Exceptions!
I/We understand that by signing this Player fee payment option form, I/We are committed and obligated to play for the Narrows Baseball Club for the 2007/2008 season, from October 1, 2007 to August 31, 2008. I/We will not contract with another baseball club/team during the above period of time (this does not include school sports) and will abide by all club/team rules and code of conduct for parents and players at/on and off baseball facilities, game sights and all club activities
